New in our collection! With the full leather weekender Mainz you go out in style, function is combined with beautiful details, in short, the ideal travelbuddy! This leather travel bag has a capacity of 40 litres, so you don't have to choose what to take with you. There is enough space to store several sets of shoes, outfits and a toiletry bag.
On the inside of this leather bag there is a zip pocket and two side pockets. At the front you will find a spacious zip pocket for your wallet, sunglasses and keys. At the back there is also a zip pocket to safely store your belongings. The bag comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and padded handles for extra carrying comfort.
This travel bag is made of Antique Buff Crumbled leather. This type of leather is made of buffalo leather. Buffelhide is generally a harder type of leather, but The Chesterfield Brand has developed a special treatment process in cooperation with the factory that keeps it supple. Because machine spraying can only produce a smooth surface, this type of leather is hand-sprayed in the correct colour. This creates the so-called 'two tone' effect. You can also store the bag safely and dust-free in our included dustbag.

The Chesterfield Brand werd 10 jaar geleden opgericht en is een familiebedrijf on steroids (neem vooral een kijkje op hun heerlijke teampagina waar Ajax én Feyenoord rustig samenkomen!). Het team heeft een enorme passie voor leer en wil bewijzen dat het ook anders kan en dat iedereen positief kan profiteren van betere arbeids- en leefomstandigheden in de modeindustrie.
Eerlijke handel: The Chesterfield Brand werkt intensief samen met de Indiaase fabrieken waar de leren producten gemaakt worden. Ze hebben langdurige samenwerkingen (al meer dan 10 jaar!) en bezoeken de fabrieken meerdere keren per jaar zelf. Daarnaast hebben alle fabrieken een SEDEX of SA8000 certificaat.
Milieuvriendelijk: Hoewel ze er wel naar streven, wordt het leer dat The Chesterfield Brand gebruikt nog niet altijd natuurlijk gelooid. Een deel van het gebruikte leer wordt namelijk nog op de ouderwetse manier gelooid, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van chroom.
Het merk richt zich op kwalitatieve tassen die lang mee gaan. Niet elke week een nieuwe collectie in de winkels, maar zo'n 80% basiscollectie. Op hun website vind je ook allerlei verzorgingsproducten en tips om je nieuwe favoriete tas zo lang mogelijk in goede staat te houden.
Ook leuk? Het hoofdkantoor draait volledig op zonne-energie en het hele wagenpark bestaat uit hybride auto's!
Goed doel: Via The Chesterfield Brand Foundation ondersteunt het merk verschillende projecten in India; het idee is om op deze manier het merksucces nog meer te delen met lokale bevolking. De stichting werkt samen met Stichting Actie Calcutta en ze financieren op deze manier verschillende projecten waarmee ze zich willen inzetten voor de verbetering van werk-, leef- en onderwijsomstandigheden in het land.
